Minimum Passing Score

For Rhode Island, the UBE minimum passing score is 270.

*Note: On March 25, 2021, the Rhode Island Supreme Court issued an order reducing the minimum passing scores required for admission to the Rhode Island Bar, effective with the February 2021 exam administration. The minimum score needed for admission on examination was reduced from 276 to 270.
